ProChem Energy Services, Inc. announced today its acquisition and merger of the Greenwell Energy Solutions’ specialty production chemical division. The combined customer base will benefit from the expanded team of field service personnel, larger geographic footprint and enhanced suite of capabilities. The merged business will operate under the ProChem Energy Services brand.

Greenwell’s production chemical division provides comprehensive treatment services to optimize well production. It’s in-house chemical manufacturing, blending and laboratory services enables customized solutions for clients’ specific applications.

As the two companies integrate, ProChem will unveil its more comprehensive website to include a larger suite of solutions and capabilities.
